Pointless except aesthetics. It'd be easier to get the normal international composite cable and a SCART adapter, than hunt for composite only SCART cables.

I bought a cable made specifically for connecting an NTSC Saturn through Euro-SCART, and it even had breakout audio connectors.

I'd email that person and ask them about making more. They make great cables, and everything ships from within the US. Keep in mind that PAL and NTSC Saturns don't have the exact same pinouts, so you can't expect to use an unmodified Euro-SCART cable on a US Saturn.
They still have them listed on their website:

Note that their cables are pretty short, but you can get longer cables for a few extra bucks. I have a RGB cable for my TG16 and Neo Geo from them and the quality is excellent, but I wish I would have added a couple of feet to them.

Yeah, I had to order from them anyways, the seller I found on ebay just contacted me and said they can't find the cables they had listed for sale anywhere... sooo, looks like retro accessories it is!

Unless they contact me and say they don't have any. lol
