Good news everybody I fixed the sega cd it was extremly easy all I did was put some of the foam that came the with the CD-Rs that I bought under the cd drive and now it works perfect instant loading time I am so happy todayI love my working Sega cd. I am glad it was not something more complicated like bad capacitors.
Good you got it to work. But still, it is advisable to use backups as little as possible. Use good quality media and burn them at the slowest possible speed. In my experience Black Memorex CDs work great on the Sega CD and the Saturn. Taiyo Yuden also work great (though, with Taiyos you run the risk of getting bad quality fakes).
Capacitors are replaceable, but other components are not so.
