Is this an unknown prototype Mega/Sega CD game?

Some optical drives can be quite finicky especially some older ones, heck even some newer drives have issues with certian disks. or if the drive is old and worn out to where it has issues reading some disks, which could explain why it ejected the disk. I had a few drives that would eject a Sega CD disk when I would put one in the drive.

Now this I buy - old CDRs can become unreadable... but if it's to the point where it can't be read, it's CERTAINLY not worth any money.

I have owned many CDRs where the data side starts to flake off or bubble, I have seen a few pressed CDs do the same thing.
