ERMMMM Kega works fine for Sega CD games, you've got to burn the disc to the iso, then if you want the music, burn the tracks to mp3.

put the iso in the one folder, and then the tracks with the numbers in the same folder. It should also work from CD, perhaps something is up with your cd-rom.
