NOTE: Japanese Mega CD games don't need to come with a Spine Card, but it does have to come with the manual, case, and CD.

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE CARE OF THE CHEAP GAMES FIRST AND WORK FROM THE GROUND UP, IF POSSIBLE.
