Up for sale is the Mega AMP designed by ACE and villahed94 and PCB made by myself. For more info on this mod go to the thread to read up on it, this board has some solder switches to choose Filtered or Unfiltered sound so the end user can change it on the fly.
If you are using this to replace the CCAM you MUST repair the PSG cut trace or games like Sonic will have missing audio in the tracks and jumps.

Got the Mega AMP Mini for sale which is a trimmed down version without the switches to select filtering and doesn't support the addon systems 32X and Sega CD. Basically you choose either filtered or unfiltered sound and the proper version for your motherboard.

This is great for people on a budget and or don't have or care about the addon systems, the install is virtually the same except you don't remove the 32X and Sega CD caps so the install diagrams in the first post can be used here as well.

Send me a PM and we can talk about pricing and if there is alot of interest in a DIY kit I might offer that as well, but no tech support for that since it involves soldering skills of the person assembling the boards.

You just need to remove some radial capacitors and solder a few wires to large holes, should be easy to do for a novice.

I have limited components but will have some in a week or 2 so if you get one soon you might be able to get it while I still have the components. Of course if you can wait a week or so then I will have plenty available.

Edit: All out of components to finish the boards, will have more shortly like a week or so. Oddly I sold all the boards I had soldered up on another forum and none on this one.

Does the mega amp work with the PAL megadrive 2 ?
And are other mods still possible ( region,60hz,overclock) ?

It works on just about every model from whatever region. You can do other mods and as a matter of fact I will be installing the switchless region mod with a tiny board I design too, so this won't stop you from installing other mods.
