I bought a CIB Japan copy of Popful Mail from Black_Tiger and received it today. It was well packed and in great condition. I tested it out earlier and it booted up just fine. The price was very fair, much less than what I assume it could go for. I'm very happy with the transaction and would recommend anyone buy from him.
