I have a CDX and I know some games dont work with it. I know Beggar Prince doesn't, and today it didn't play my new copy of virtua racing, I even cleaned it, nothing-it jumps right to the sega cd screen as if no game is in. Otherwise, it works perfectly.

That's Weird. Maybe there's something wrong with your CDX? My copy of Virtua Racing works fine in my CDX (In fact I only used my CDX for it until I got my second genny cuz of the 32x wall).
Maybe clean the contacts? I really don't know.

Indeed its very weird. Perhaps it is my copy of Vuirtua Racing. Otherwise my CDX plays games fine.

To be specific - Beggar Prince does work with the Sega CDX, except for the fact that you cannot save/load your progress.
