Afterburner and Space Harrier are great ports on the 32X, but the Saturn collection gives you Outrun and that Sega Ages pack isn't worth shit. I picked up a copy for like 12.

Must be a nice, a US copy is over $100: https://www.pricecharting.com/game/s...ii?q=sega+ages

Wow, that's a pretty extreme price difference for the US version.

Still, it's worth paying all that extra to play Outrun at 60fps, which you can't in the UK version.

The Japanese version sells for $20 - $30 on eBay. Space Harrier is similar and Afterburner II is cheaper. Plus nice packaging.

And with the Arcade Racer wheel too! Also, Space Harrier and Afterburner with the Mission Stick are the only way to play them.

I'm always amazed out how much they go for. I shipped more than one to Russia of all places and they went for $50 + as I recall. I think back to seeing walls made of 32x boxes at Toys "R" Us priced at $19.99 along with bins full Of Sega CD Save Carts. It would have been easier to give away the plague.

I know these youtube videos are off the cuff, but the lack of research into the topics they are presenting makes it all pretty weak, other than mindless banter.
To be fair that's just a segment from a podcast so it's not much research is to be expected.

Yeah, I have that and it's quite fun with Space Harrier 32X and a neat novelty with MUSHA as well. I recently got a Cyberstick (the big brother of the XE-1AP) as well but need to finish building the X68 -> MegaDrive adapter to fully enjoy After Burner 32X though.

I picked up mine for $40 USD from http://www.collectorscardsandgames.com/new/Sega32X.html. Granted it was $40 shipping to Australia but it was well worth it. He also sells carts both loose and CIB for decent prices....

At $100 for a CIB one I should probably start dumping my extras soon.

Got very lucky few months ago, near CIB model A in good condition with a near perfect box, missing the link cable, the av cable, and model 2 spacer, and rf sheilds. Everything was in that box like all paperowrk and BAGS. All for 40 bucks. Ebay prices are insane if possible scavenge some video game stores, chances of you finding it is near impossible but not if you know the right places
