    Haha, thanks. It's my bedroom TV.

    I tried playing Pier Solar on the retrogen, no use trying, it just can't access the SRAM so it thinks it's not initialized, and when you try to initialize it, it just throws an error and freezes. Oh well, I thought I could bring this game on the road or to work to show off, but I figured it wouldn't work on the crappy retrogen anyways.

    Pier Solar doesn't use SRAM, it uses some kind of flash EEPROM.

    Either way, the Retrogen has no way to access those addresses anyway to actually make use of it..

    I didn't even check this thread anymore because I had given up hope on being able to get this game while at the same time keeping all my arms and legs. Then someone comes into my GameStop tonight and starts talking to my manager about how he's been playing this badass new Genesis game and I had what could only be described as a nerdgasm (only time I'll ever use that word). I was surprised to catch that news from a stranger in the outside world, but whatever I'm not going to question it I'm just pumped I get to play Pier Solar soon!!!!!!!!!!!

    I got my copies the other day, both packaged nicely in a box with a handful of packing peanuts thrown in there. Now to clear out some time so I can actually play the game
