Well, maybe something like that is possible...but on the other side, we are more than buisy enough with the game itself.
Like I said, the reactions on the site are 90% very positive, and I think navigating is not hard at all either. We are proud to have such a professional looking website, and I believe a "flashy" website suits our attempt of doing a professional quality game well. Of course we cannot make everyone happy.
After all, the news are on the first page and can be accessed without having to deal with the floating menues. Just click on them and hold your mouse still, and it won´t move one bit. The same goes for the menues as well; hold your mouse on a menue-point and it will stay still.
I also suggest you put the forums directly to your favourites, since they will probably be the most important part.

No, because Sega holds the copyright to Alex Kidd.

Sega holds the copyright, but well, what is Sonic1 MegaMix and other hacks then ? They are illegal, yet they exist and nothing has happened to them.... maybe if someone asks Sega nicely, maybe they would let it happen in a legal way... but I'm more into making a brand new DECENT Sonic game for MD...

FANTASTIC! Good lord, yes! A demo! A good name! Life is kind to me again once more. But I agree - this isn't Web 2.0, this is jokeware screwing with my mouse. (I can't read all the text or see the screenshots, since they slide out of frame in the bottom right corner.) :P But I guess it launched early, so maybe it wasn't 100% ready yet.

Wow I must say I'm outrageously excited about this, looks great and that site is really nice, people complaining are only talking bs, come on... It moves the tiniest fraction when you move your mouse, get over it, its grand and the music is absolutely great.. Keep up the awesome work guys!!

Dude, I can't even read the text or see the images because half of them are floating off screen. The site has problems.

    But yeah! *hoists ale* Cheers!

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version? I am curious, because nobody has told us of such problems before...when I view the website with Opera, nothing ever floats off-screen....

    Anyway, thanks for the interest!

Then I suppose it´s a problem with the exotic combination of Ubuntu and Firefox...I believe it was only optimized for Windows, since Fonzie uses Windows 98SE. And all works fine with IE, Firefox and Opera here...and I am using Vista as OS.
You might want to try another browser, maybe that will work better with Ubuntu...

Once I get back to Windows (have to fix my boot first, waiting on an XP boot disc) I'll take another look.
