Default Gunstar Heroes, a case of the screen jitters

Modded my Sega model 1 tower of power, puts out excellently rgb. Discovered shortly after I had an issue with sync, which Iíve resolved and now have a stable video output. The exception is my cart of Gunstar Heroes. Itís my only cart that tends to jitter or shake, notably in scrolling text.

Outside of a new capacitor, which is now replaced, what in the cartridge could cause this issue?

Is this inherent to the programming or is a component on my cart wearing down?

Iíve theorized the game could be accessing a particular chip on the mainboard that causes the issue, though Iíve been unable to replicate the issue in any of my other games.

Do you have a flashcart to test it with?

No I do not. An item on my short list to acquire in the near future.
