FCEUX tells you the Game Genie code for any raw cheat you enter, and vice versa. The only cheat I've created was infinite health for Darkwing Duck for Game Boy, only because the Game Boy Gameshark was engineered to make that easy, by comparing memory values between reset-button-presses, and winnowing down to the item you want. Game Genie is a bit more finnicky. There are guides on making codes, and most of those require you to be able to check RAM values. With the right guides, and enough time, it should become easier and easier. I don't know, itsallsotiresome.jpg. The easier fix might be making one metroid worth two, and making another one worth zero, so you skip past the problem value? Just a shower thought, I guess.
