Looking amazing man. Any chance you are going to put a disclaimer at the front saying "If you PAID for this you got ripped off!" kind of thing? I love see those on old fanslations.

At the very least we have been discussing making some kind of SegaXtreme logo screen that we could easily drop into homebrew releases and patches like this. The idea came about due to the recent issues of people selling SegaXtreme homebrew/patch releases and other people's translation patches with no credit given. In some cases people who bought them have actually thought they were long lost prototypes from the 90s.

Nice work! Can't believe you've started and done this all by yourself...great job.

Finally got around to putting this on my Rhea last night. Seems to fire up and work just fine so far. Will try to put some time into it soon.

Ok, I have the hangup after Mullen challenges you fixed. I spent a bit more time on this one since it was so close to the end of the game that I wanted to see if there were anymore. And thankfully there weren't any!

So assuming that testers didn't skip around and got to this point legitimately, I think it's safe to say with this release the game can be completed. There still could be some issues as there are optional areas and the like in the game that may not have been tested yet. So I'll refrain from upping the version to 0.60 for now. But here are the new patch releases:

    Disc 1 Version 0.62
-Translates the remaining Japanese text in the Item Get screen.

    Disc 2 Version 0.52
-Translates the remaining Japanese text in the Item Get screen.
-Fixes Hang up when Mullen challenges Justin.

    Disc 2 Version 0.52.1:

    • Fixes Feena's Time Gate requirements and MP Cost.

Will this eventually be able to be modified for translating to other languages, or is that outside of the scope of what you're looking to accomplish? Since it's using the PSX files I take it you probably didn't go that far with hacking, but thought I'd ask since I know someone in Argentina that's dying to play it but doesn't know English

The tools I've made should be able to convert over any of the PS1 translations available. You'll just end up hitting a lot of the same bugs and crashes I'm running into with the English conversion most likely. Also with other languages more modifications to the font will probably be needed for special characters that English doesn't really use (accents, extra punctuation, etc.).

I have been thinking of converting over one of the French versions after I get the English version done. I'm just not sure which translation is better, the original one on the PS1 or the new HD Remaster one.
