To get back on the subject. I read the first few pages of this topic. I do think the old Nights is a very good game. Not the best on the Sega Saturn, but still I game I had huge fun playing back in the day (and I still do sometimes). The fact that I still play it sometimes says a lot to me. I do understand that it is not the kind of game everybody likes, its pretty weird, short and score based.

I never thought the concept would ever be as great in a sequel as it was in 1996. My hopes were thus not that high. I haven't played it yet, it is not out here yet, but I will buy it. What does annoy me however is that the game has some obvious flaws the game disigners should have spotted (like the unskippable cutscenes).

Speaking about the disigners, this game is not produced by Naka, not even made by Sonic Team for that matter. It is a game by Sega USA, the same team that made some games for Sonic team before the Sammy merger (Shadow the hedgehog, Sonic heroes...).
