Model 1 everything, all early units (non TMSS).
Anyway, when starting a cartridge game sometimes, the Sega CD will light up both LEDs for a second then turn off. Anyone else have that issue?

I just checked mine, and no LEDs on my Sega CD. My Genesis does have TMSS though.

I've only had that when my megadrive has not quite been seated on the mega cd properly and thus not a proper contact between the connectors.
