So Sonic Mania's PC specs were revealed - you can run it on a 10 year old laptop with no issues. Just putting that out there.

EDIT: Nice, they finally revealed The Wolf Among Us Season 2. S1 was Telltale's best game imo, and although they're revealed it's not going to be a direct continuation, it's just great to get a Season 2 at all. Can't wait.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Walking Dead (season 1?). I was subsequently interested in the Wolf Among Us, I just never made the time for it.

Maybe because I missed out on that era, but I didn't know many of these things about PS2.

Also, I like this guy Falcon's videos from the handful I've seen, but when you subscribe to channel, you get about bunch of other guys doing their things. Flooding my gmail with things I'm not interested on a daily basis. So unsubscribed.

I also didn't know more than half the things you didn't know about the PS2 (maybe even more); but I wouldn't have used any of the features mentioned either way. I couldn't even afford a PS2 hard drive at the time.

My all time favourite console mod is the uLE / Free MCBoot / OPL combo for the PS2. I just could not believe how versatile and useful, and easy it is. I love how you can do it yourself without sending it away to a practitioner of dark console modding arts, like soldering, and have a total transformation of your system.

It's so much fun tweaking and modifying all your settings and menus too, I got quite good (though I say so myself ) at 3D modelling for my memory card icons.

I have a launch PS2, I since swapped out the disc drive but I remember just willing it to load that one last (USB coder) disc... It found the ability!

I've dabbled with PS2 modding (hardmod and softmod) but never as much as Xbox modding, now that was fucking fun! so much was possible with a modded xbox.
I still watch cartoons in bed on tv with mine, and its like 15 years old.

I should get back to my PS2s though, would be fun to see what improvements have been made regarding HD loader programs.
I think I installed OPL.. but its been too long ago, I really need to get back to that.
