Copypasta-ing this from another forum I'm in because I can't come up with anything else:

    COPYPASTA ALERT

Been on vacation on the coast of Argentina for the last 4 or so days and mostly wasted time with some DS games, mostly all four TouchMaster games. I fucking love them (mostly the first two; 3 is kinda meh and Connect is awful)

Also one of the Trivia questions on TM1 involves Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. I know this is a Midway game, but come on. And speaking of other Midway games, on the Hot Hoops game you can get "on fire" like in NBA Jam/Hangtime/Showtime/Hoopz (and maybe NBA Ballers too?)

I also went to an arcade (one of the many on the coast) last night and played plenty of games and some pinball too. One of them was Lucky & Wild. Yes, the Namco game. There was also Konami's Police 24/7 too, but there was some issue with the coinslot so I didn't get to play it. I played Area 51 instead. That game blows. Anyway, back to Lucky & Wild. It was actually in great condition. I loved that. It's Chase HQ or Special Criminal Investigation on crack. I also got first place on the highscore table

Other ones I played were OutRunners, San Francisco Rush (which had a faulty brake pedal, so it was braking the whole time), Daytona USA (duh), Off Road Challenge (which was the only game in which I continued. Hey, I like me some Midway racing games), World Rally (they had Sega Rally 1 and 2 and yet I played that one. Why) and the Judge Dredd and The Lost World pinball machines. Massive fun.

And under some massive coincidence, they had one of the original arcade incarnations of TouchMaster (TouchMaster 7000 to be exact)

Also sorta related but on Monday hours before we left on an arcade in a mall here in Buenos Aires I saw both Pac-Man Battle Royale (both the regular and deluxe cabinets) and the arcade version of Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. And Terminator: Salvation too, which was also on most of the arcades we saw on the coast. Another arcade also had freakin' Revolution X.

    COPYPASTA ALERT

Also another thing I forgot to add on that post was that I played some demos of a few XBLA games a few days earlier, such as Choplifter HD and Hydro Thunder Hurricane. Loved them.

Very good version of the game. Highly recommended if you can find it.
Absolutely right. That port is great.

It's a pretty good game, the difficulty is insanely hard at parts and the controls take a while to get used to though.
You should check out the SNES version too. It has the same issues but it's still a great version. And it has new levels and extended versions of the older ones too.

I'm playing through FF 8, and I'm playing some Atlantica Online(omg the lv 120 Upgrade quest bosses, that are solo only mind you are so brokenly OPed. Hell I have a dream team, with very good equips, plus res/blessing scrolls, and I still can't beat it).

I have the day off so I'm gonna try and finish Ico. I think I'm around halfway through it at this point.

I beat Mega Man Zero 2 today. Everyone always says that the MMZ games are horribly difficult, but I just don't see it. It was no harder than any of the MMX games. I definitely thought it was better than MMZ4. Now I have to tackle the third one.
You know who else loves Sega....

Virtua Fighter 2 (Saturn) and Virtual on (Saturn)

Virtua fighter 2's graphics are way ahead of any tekken on the PS1. Even Tekken 3s character models seem a bit less smooth and fluid. truly an amazing game!

I've been playing my PS3 lately since I actually have a few games for it now... got it as a PS2/PSX as my orig PS2 died finally. So been playing Tales of Graces, the Shadow of the Colossus/ICO HD remake, and Journey.

Journey is some good music... but the game is actually very good. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys a well done, yet simple, game.

I've been playing Panic! on Sega CD. Probably one of the weirdest "games" ever made. Right next to LSD Dream Emulator on the PS1 of course!

I've attempted to play four different Silent Hill games (including this one) and usually I only make it an hour or so into each one before I start feeling a little nauseous & creeped out and have to stop. Silent Hill Origins on the PSP just lost my interest (although at some point I do plan to make another attempt to make it all the way through).
