    Today was a good day...

Found the N64 and games at my local thrift store. The Rescue Rangers 2 cart was at Play N Trade, way underpriced.

Enjoy the N64 man! The N64 is the one console that I might like just a little bit more than the Genesis. Maybe.

    Oh, and buy this:

Nice. Can someone tell me though why most all thrift store N64's have the expansion memory door missing? I often see them with the memory pak stolen as well.
    It is finished!

I don't know about putting it against the Genesis, but it certainly holds its own well against the other built-in 4P consoles. I only have an Xbox and a DC . Enjoy it in my stead.

I use to use my N64 without the cover, cause it got really hot.

Where do you think the jerks on ebay selling the covers got them from?

Vanishing Earth was released in the US too. Unless it is that the JP version is more common.

^Those JP carts look awesome. But, are you going for a JP collection as well? Or is there something missing in the US version?

When both JAP and US versions of a game come almost around the same price, I pick the one with the better art cover, so its a mix and mix Sega version collection I have. Of course I'll get the US versions of RPG games, bad cover art or not, since you actually have to read to get ahead of those games, lol. :P

Now I well go after Strider later on, cause both versions cost pretty much cost the same and there's no way in HELL I pick this over the JAP version.

Again, I'm a man who loves art and does for a living.

Yeah, I too would love a DuckTales 2 cart, too bad they are worth between $30 and $60... Would be nice to not settle for the slowdown ridden and colorless Game Boy port (though that was the version I initially played).

My selling thread, a loose Suikoden II, lots of PS1 stuff, a sealed Primal Rage 32X, a CIB SMS system and more!
