Pretty cool, though most of it sounds like a Genesis that's underwater. During the second half he started to allow the high frequencies back in.
I didn't pick up much this weekend, I found King's Field II for the PS1 at my media store and decide to partake in some From Software sadism.
Stopped by my local thrift as well, found an extra SNES for $12 with power and hookups, no controllers though. I'm going to swap the nice top shell on this one with the crappy top I've got on another SNES, then test out the retr0brite on the crappy looking one. The coolest thing I found though was this:
Sony Walkman AM/FM by xelement5x, on Flickr
It's an awesome looking Sony Walkman AM/FM I found for $1.50. The radio works fine and tape mechanism appears to work too, I just don't have any tapes to test out with. The thing has a million buttons and switches on it and just oozes style from 90s industrial design![]()
Picked up two more saturn games locally!
And more manga! I'm a fan of Rumiko Takahashi.

The condition sure looked a lot better in the auctions pictures! This is probably the worst looking box that will be in my collection. It is complete and I did get it for $21 shipped atleast.
Carmageddon 64 is supposed to be almost as bad as Superman. Can't wait to try it. It is a rare game, but because the N64 collector market is still young, you can still get this game for a decent price.
Where can I buy that Bare Knuckle OST?!?!?! WOW!
Oh yeah, I bought a new copy of I Will for the Laseractive...$80, US copy too and got a manual for Herzog Zwei...cost more than the game cart and box I bought years ago for a few bucks but either way, I got a copy for $12, not too bad I guess.

^This game is probably the best one to use with S-Video, Drakon. Very colorful and no heavy dithering like most of the later titles.
Annet Again for the Mega CD. Have all the games in the series. YES
