Thanks! I'm enjoying it and pulling my hair out at the same time just trying to reach those darn secret areas in each stage.

Melf, Golvellius is one of my all time favorites for the SMS, and I play through it to completion once a year. Definitely a great pickup. As for Zillion II, one of my first true disappointing purchases for the SMS...

@Spaced, how much did you pay for Elevator Action Returns? I'll be picking that up soon.

    Anyway, some of my stuff:

And a bonus, all the SFT games together:

So, what the heck is up with the Japanese women in the back of the Herzog Zwei manual? Woof.

Got the collecting bug back, so I started making a new "hit list," starting with PS2 games (PS2 is as far as I got, but whatever).

First trip out and I managed to score a couple right off the bat:
    Metal Slug 4/5 (CIB)
    Taito Legends (CIB)
    Maximo (CIB)
Klonoa 2 (CIB) **this one wasn't actually on my list, but it would have been if I had noticed it during my quick n' dirty research phase.

I also picked up two other games that weren't on my list, not because they were cheap, but because I'm tired of looking for them and waiting for the prices to go down.
Sin and Punishment 2 (Wii) (CIB)
Solatorobo: Red the Hunter (DS) (CIB, with bonus soundtrack CD).

I also found a loose copy of Dr. Mario & Tetris for the SNES.

And today I stopped by a Goodwill and found a handful of cheap gaming goodness mixed in with the DVDs:
    Cooking Mama (DS) (loose, $3)
    Mario Party 2 (N64) (loose, $3)
Lego Indiana Jones (Wii) (no manual, $4).

If I reenlist in a few years I need to go to Japan but I don't want to leave FL. UGH.

I think $10 - $15 is fair. Honestly I don't think it's a very good game, but I kind of had to own it because it's from Ancient Co.

Actually, now that I look there's a reference to "GAL's", "12cm CD", and a mail-order cutout. So it looks like some sort of girlie pop CD. And those are the singers.

Edit: Ah, okay, they're the "Scramble Gals Club 1990", who had some sort of promo appearance on the second Technosoft album - Excursion. A blurb here:

That was the most expensive of the 4 Saturn games, from UK seller on ebay - £38.00

How much did you pay for the Batsugun? That's on my want list.

$80. No huge deal. You know I saw an Elevator Action Returns go for $12 (CIB) from a US seller in open auction this year? I missed out, of course!

$12 would have been good price for complete. $80 for Batsugun is a good price, around £50, where did you get as the best on ebay to UK is £63 with shipping?

Took a gamble on an Amazon listing (no pics, and such) and it worked out.

I said I was done but bidding on Lunacy and bought Bust a Move 2, Scorcher, AMOK and Minnesota Fats for Saturn all complete...if that auction for lunacy dun work out, think I can get a copy 30mi away.

Got Burning Rangers and Dragon Force in the mail.

My copy of Elevator Action Returns was $20 when I got it a couple years ago, I just happened to hit ebay at the right time and perhaps the person who sold it just wanted rid of it.

As for Batsugun, a pipe dream for me, maybe one day a reality if it doesn't climb up anymore in price (like Battle Garegga slowly has).

I had a happy moment today.

At Goodwill I found God of War for $5. I only have the "Greatest Hits" version, so I decided to pick this up to replace it. When I opened it at the register and saw that it included a PS2 memory card, I knew I had made the right choice.

The good feelings didn't stop there, however. At Dimple Records I managed to get first dibs on someone's entire NES library that had obviously been freshly put out on the shelves. I also found a loose 32x and a CIB 32x game.

    Bionic Commando w/manual: $4
    Section Z w/manual: $4
    Guardian Legend w/manual: $4
    Castlevania II w/manual: $4
    Karnov w/manual: $4
    Ironsword w/manual: $4
    Ultimate Stuntman: $3
TMNT 2: The Arcade Game w/manual $6 (don't worry, I'll make up for the difference in price as soon as I find a Pizza Hut that will accept the coupon that came with the manual)

    32x (no cables): $5
    Motocross Championship: $2
