Such shouting, or the bad-ass agressive voice wrestlers like the Ultimate Warrior or Randy Savage speak in don´t work very well in German; whenever such guys are dubbed here in movies it sounds outright hilarious.
It is often said that over-acting (in whatever way, be it a cute little girl or a badass guy) does not quite work with the German language; so I would say that German is a rather boring language to listen to usually. You should hear the German versions of movies, the emotional overacting is usually toned down quite a bit....
I love David Hayter speaking super-cool Solid Snake for example....but his voice would never work in German. Same for Liquid Snake with his extremely arrogant voice.
You would be surprised if you heard German politicians. US politicians are showmen, they have a way to draw people to their words...but if you listen to our chancler it is an extremely monotone and boring way of speaking. And that is pretty much the usual way German sounds.
Hitler on the other hand was a natural talent; I have never seen a guy shouting so good in German. But: Even for a German the words he shouts are hard to understand.
A language that sounds scary to me is Danish; it has such strange throat-tones.
