    Default Joe Montana's NFL Football

I'm not a sports fan by any means, but I play a few here and there.

And I was looking forward to playing the Sega CD version for the longest time, and now that I have played it, I am pretty upset. What gives? What was once a fun game is now a chore to play. I was expecting the Genesis game just updated with new FMV and what not, but it's not. The Zoom feature really murders this game.

I thought the SMS/GG version was the best version of the game actually.
The smell of scorched oil hangs in the air as a premonition of danger, while the engine gloriously shouts its war cry...

Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

I heard that this game is not very good, but I might get it when I get my Sega CD just for the heck of it.

Oh man, beware! This game is extremely choppy. What's more is that it came out AFTER Sports Talk Football, and the only commentary is red book audio that speaks AFTER the play is over and doesn't always have everything to do with what really happened due to the limited amount of recordings. The Spencer music isn't all that hot and the game is very drab and muddy looking. Buy the original Genesis John Madden Football instead (the one without a year attached). It's the best.

Hmmm... My Model 2 Sega CD keeps locking up whenever the Joe Montana FMV comes on screen. The disc is flawless, anyone else have this problem?

I do not have this problem on that game on my model 2 Sega CD. I am not sure what the problem is.

Well I unpacked the old Model 1 Genesis and Sega CD I have in storage, it works fine with it. I guess my Model 2 is on the fritz. Oh well, it's my only game that won't work with it. I probably won't play the game much anyways.
