It works on the Everdrive. I have played this on my Genesis. It's one of those games were you kind of hate at first because it is just plain ridiculously hard but then you learn the quirks and it becomes kind of fun!

Ditto for the MD Myth flash cart - works fine, but it's hard as hell!

Half the fun is figuring out how to get past the thing that is killing you every single time.

It doesn't work with the Mega Cart - it can only handle 24 MEGS OF POWER while the ROM is 32 megs. I never expected all those samples to take up so much space before I flashed the game. And I'm playing Langrisser II on my MD-Pro right now, so I can't test it on that one just yet :P.

Buy stuff at the Magical Game Factory, WaterMelon's crowd funding video game development site!

Do YOU have any games you want to get rid of that haven't been reviewed on the site and needs to be beaten for the sake of this project? Send 'em to me and I'll review and beat them! I'll pay for shipping of course. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

I doubt there's enough interest to make carts worthwhile. You're best off just getting an EverdriveMD to run it on real hardware. I think there are a couple people on the board that make reproductions who could make a cart for you, but you'd need to talk to them about it.

Any news about this promising project ? I have just play the rom demo today.
Rick Dangerous is one of the best cult game during ATARI/AMIGA era.
So this was a great idea to make a good homebrew version on our favourite 16-Bit machine.

What do you mean by "any news"? The full rom for both the MD and 32X has been out for a LONG time. Did you bother to check the OP?

I believed that an improved version for our to-die-for 16-Bit was expected.
Also an official cartridge release in the future would be welcome.
