This list here lists whether a Genesis/SegaCD/32X-game is Mega Mouse compatible or not. I guess it's a bit incomplete (It's missing "The Adventures of Willy Beamish" for example, which considering its pc roots was playable by mouse as well, I guess), but then again, there weren't a lot of games that supported the mouse.
The funny thing about an oxymoron is, even if you remove the ox, there'll always be a moron. The Question Remains: Y?

It disappoints me that Mega Lo Mania cannot use the mouse.

I tried emulating a joypad using a mouse in emulators (to play games like Monkey Island, Rise of the Dragon and Jurassic Park) with no success. Is there a way to get the acceleration and sensitivity right? I'll try Xpadder to see if it works. It's amusing how many apps were written to emulate a mouse using joypads but never the other way around.

It also doesn't have Richard Scarry's Busytown as a mouse-compatible game, and it is.

The list doesn't say so about Cannon Fodder or syndicate but I'm pretty sure it works.

Rise of the Dragon really doesn't support the Mega Mouse? That game seems like it would be made for the thing.

I got one of these cheap a few months ago but I just assumed it was broken since it didn't work with any of my games, now I know why. I have mean bean machine though, I'll give that a try later and see if that works at all.

Youd have to assume that Art Alive was compatible. Ive never even seen anything about a Mega Mouse.

    Shining Force CD, yes.
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

I did a quick test with Mean Machine and Art Alive, and neither seemed to function with it. I thought I read somewhere that AA was.

I was reffering to this one, no mention of Shining Force CD on that list at all.

Edit: Never mind, this list simply said Shining Force, not Shining Force CD.

I tried GlovePIE in conjunction with PPJoy but properly emulating digital input using a mouse is next to impossible. Momentum and delay are way off. Will have to be content with the dualshock2
