Joe musashi,He was in shinobi 1 2 3 which where the best ninja games i played in that time,Ninja gaiden coult do what Joe did,Ninja gaiden sertainly looked Uglyer than shinobi.There was allot more going on in shinobi games than in ninja gaiden gams.It suprises me why shinobi wasnt pressent in the top 100 of all times(Gameqeust magazine,Dutch)did.ahh that isnt impotant,its just a magazine.Shinobi 3 had all the animations you could get in that time,ninja gaiden most of time appeared on nes and gameboy,Gamegear,megadrive and snes,but didnt had the support of graphics.Shinbo is maybe a old game but just was getting better each game.Shinobi had fine graphics and had the ricght ninja sence.Shinobi 2 was master,esppecialy the special stages and the music was awesome also did the animations.Shinobi 3 was the best in my uppinion the horse riding levels ,Blood and nice and good working move,one thing that i didnt like was its difficulty but i bett its do able,Shinobi has more action then ninja gaiden and it arte just such fun games i still play em".Ninja gaiden had one and that was the best but logical,its on xbox.The other games from the ninja gaiden series dont match the shinobi games.

I couldn't help but feel the battle was a bit one sided. Or maybe I'm bitter because Strider lost.

But shouldn't a projectile throwing character with screen-clearing attacks like Joe Musashi fight other projectile throwing characters with screen-clearing attacks, like that guy from Contra Hard Corps??

maybe but once shinobi was a old game,they didnt think about that then.shinobi was more a mysterious ninja style,shinobi 3 was a bit wilder.screen clearing attack wouldnt fit Joe.what i did like to see where some speed effects and some killer slices.like some really speedy stuff,but then aggain the last game they brought on genesis was made in 93,sega had enough time to make another one for genesis but they didnt.

Methinks the next Genesis Power Battle should be between Aero the Acrobat and Awesome Possum. THAT would be some good reading. :P

In fact, could Awesome Possum beat ANYONE at a Genesis Power battle? I'm starting to doubt if he has the capability with his collision detection so off.

I'd write a Power Battle article, but only if it could be an actual fight, instead of comparing catagories.

I actually just want to write out an Aero Vs. Bubsy Vs. Awesome Possum Vs. Radical Rex battle royal.

If you're going to make it a battle royal you might as well throw in Chester Cheetah to make it a total desperate king of the hill. Think of the dastardly alliances they could all scheme...
