Sega Megadrive Handheld worth it ?

I know its not an Nomad, but is this worth the price (Screensize, Quality) even if no Streets of Rage Episode is on it ?

If you wonder, I have one and the first two months it worked perfectly but later on it started to have som problems. I can't junp in Sonic & Knuckles without the game gets paused and the LCD-screen is a bad one to. Get yourself a Nomad instead of this aweful Mega Drive-clone. Actually, I'd rather play on a Mega Drive-emulator on a Psp then on this little wannabee-Nomad.
