I found Sonic for a mobile phone review. has anyone tried the game?
I'm wondering how Sonic plays with Java on a mobile.

does it have a good control setup? To this day I cannot find a phone that comes anywhere near the N-Gage QD for control layout for emulators, but it is aging and if I ever lost it it would be too outdated to be worth replacing as its on the verge of being obsolete as it is. Where did you get a fully registered ?hack? from, torrent? Also, what is the latest version for Symbian OS ?2? (the one the N-Gage QD has)? It seems to me that the hardest part is finding the most current version. I finally found a newer version about a year ago and it was miles ahead of the one I was previously using.
the idea of a mobile phone emulator is indeed better.
but how does sound works ? I have a Nokia e70 phone and the sound is crap with Java games. I wonder how well the picodrive can play sounds with all those different phones with most having crappy sound chips.
I'm interested to try it out.
I have played it. It's very very slow, and its simply a mobile version of Sonic 1, IIRC. The controls were awkward for me (even though im pretty sure they just used the arrow keys and like the 5 key to jump). I wouldn't recommend downloading this one.
Sega-16's Resident Sports Authority. Chief Heckler of the Midwest.
Next up on the tee:
Nigel Mansell's World Championship Racing
Slam City (starring Scottie Pippen) - CD32X
...and more!
