Yeah, I've noticed a ton of similar accounts like that; they'll post a few messages just so their sigs can be displayed, so unsuspected members click on the links.

And people like me do not let signatures be displayed (I think any and all signatures look... tacky at best). So thanks for posting this. BANNED before even one post could be made.

I'd totally be up for turning off the signatures feature altogether. It's completely useless and creates clutter and is now a new way for spammers to attack. If you have something to say, put it in your profile page. There is NOTHING so important that it needs to be displayed every single time one posts in the body of the post itself.
