How many sealed systems left?

Now I'm against having sealed games and not not playing them, but I am wondering, how many brand new, sealed Genesis systems are left in the world?

I know there's enough systems to last us for the next hundred years or so, but just a thought.

Honestly, I'd say there's probably only a few dozen left completely unopened, and even then most of them are probably Model 2's and 3's.

There's probably a forgotten warehouse full of unsold surplus model 3's somewhere.

Of course there's a ton of Model 3's. Hell, there's still a suprluss of those conrollers they came with floating around on ebay brand new.
