Normally I would've kept this to myself, but it's one of those "lower 48 only" fuckheads.

Anyway the person listing the auction has no idea what they've listed so you might be able to get a steal on this CDX.

It would not be a proper eBay auction without falsified shipping.

It would not be a proper eBay auction without falsified shipping.$15 does seem a little cheap...

Yeah, I hate sellers who won't ship to Canada. I don't understand what the big deal is. I mean sure, It'll cost more to ship, but there's people out there who'll pay it, especially when you live in a dump like me, where you can't buy any vintage games locally.:(

Cause shipping has become so expensive and listing it on ebay to include all those difference shipping rates is also a pain in the ass.

I'd consider blocking the US, except ebay doesn't allow it.

You can always contact the seller to arrange a different shipping method if you win the auction. Or, at least ask them why they don't ship to the Great White North. :)

What's falsified about the shipping on that auction?

Well that's on US ebay. I don't know if users in other countries can block bidders domestic to themselves.

NintendoAge already had a thread about this subject, there were quite a few useful posts made in there.
