Um... man, you always postin a way that akes it hard to understand what you mean.

Do you mean "Could somebody do such a game as a homebrew?" ? In that case I guess someone could, if it wasnīt so pointless.

Or are you asking if this is a cover for a real, existing homebrew? In that case: no, as I understand it itīs just a fake. And the guy who did it did not even bother with a spellcheck.

I think what he means is if it's possible to program such an application.
I honestly fail to see the point in using the power of 32x to watch a image gallery :/

Maybe it would play like MJ's Moonwalker and Citizen X with red book Nirvana songs

Since 3D on the SCD isn't easy, it would probably be a 2D rendition of the game, like VF2 for Genesis

Also on 32X, I wanna make a version that's better than the pirate, would probably be like Street Fighter Alpha 2 for SNES.

You could make an infringing hack, sure. Homebrew generally involves your own content and code.
