Is there a way to make new and specific Game Genie codes? I wanted to make a code for College Football's National Championship. The book suggests trial-and-error with existing codes, however no codes exist for this game.

Also, I would like to try making codes for other games. Is there any way other than trial-and-error?

This is the thread you're looking for (http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthread.php?148-Official-New-Game-Genie-Code-Thread). Unfortunately, our resident code maker, Tony H, hasn't logged in for the last several months. Read the tutorials on his website (http://www.angelfire.com/games2/codehut/) if you want to learn how to make custom Game Genie codes.

Sorry for the delay. There are ways to make specific Game Genie codes. What system are you interested in? Here are some links for NES and Genesis code making guides...

Genesis: http://codehut.gshi.org/GensTracerGuide.txt

Let me know if you have any questions.
