Well, I've bought a cart from you, but it's always nice to have a rom as well. Thanks!

Must be being blind, I can't find the link to the ROM on the NA site? Have I to be a member there?

EDIT - joined and found the link (doof!)

I'm not gonna join! I demand a link here or I shall pout to the infinite!

Where's the link to download? OP links to a thread which itself has no links. His sig links to a site where the game can't be found, either. I assume OP is the creator? If so then why is it bad for him to post a ROM link? I don''t feel like signing in to Nintendo Age.

Please post the link here instead of a link to Nintendo Age.

Not sure if this is OK to ask or not, but as the game is available for free to download am I able to upload it? If this is wrong for whatever reason then forget I said anything - just tryin' to help out!

Can't seem to manage this sorry, the site either won't allow .bin, .7z or .zip files for varying reasons.

Try this site, it seems they allow zip/7zip uploads.

You have to be a member of NintendoAge to see file uploads there, which is how he made the Fix it Felix Jr ROM available.

I suspected that was the case. Thanks for the clarification Guntz! :D

Yes, sorry about that everyone! I didn't realize you had to be a member on NA to download the file until this afternoon. And of course you can upload it wherever you want, that's why I put it out! :)

Thank you Jackal for uploading it. I'll be putting it on my site this weekend as well.

Thanks! I thought he just posted a link that was hidden at Nintendo Age but I guess it was an attachment. That makes sense now.

I found something unusual today, this game plays well on my CDX, but not on my Nomad.

On the latter the buttons are randomly unresponsive, not allowing Felix to use his hammer and the d pad often won't allow jumping to another ledge even when the path is clear. Anyone else having these kinds of problems?

My Nomad is working perfectly fine.

Hold down mode button when powering up the Nomad

Hi TmEE, thanks for posting.

My mod setup is wired into the mode button. It can be disabled by holding it down on powering up, allowing its use thereafter. I've tried this and it doesn't have any effect, though I'm not sure if it's disabling in time. I've also tried holding it down when I press start to load the ROM from my MED cart/

When playing on my CDX I'm using a six button controller and having no issues, is it some other weird Nomad issue?

Would some sort of ROM hack fix the issue?

OK, checked this out on a non modded Nomad and booted the game from Mega ED and it worked fine, I didn't need to hold the mode button either. I can only assume that the mode button wired mod in my usual setup is to blame.

Any ideas?

Thanks DJShok! Can I ask a favor though and have the graphic altered on the Genesis version as that was used for the first run? I don't want the people who bought the first run to get upset (even though it did come with a manual)

I also have the 2nd run graphic made up for the clamshell box, I'll get that uploaded as well so people can have a selection to choose from :P

Hey, sorry haven't been on the forums much lately, just saw this now. I actually did alter it, changed his shirt from yellow to blue, if you want I could alter it more somehow, maybe add a tagline to it or something.

Played this a couple of days ago. It's pretty damn good! Great voice quality as well. I'll definitely feature it on our next Homebrews episode whenever that time comes.

Sorted, I remembered today that Pier Solar has an unusual quirk with my Nomad's mod setup and it turned out to be the same quirk with this game - I have to first disable the mod on power up and then hold down the mode button whilst in game. I made a small clamp to keep it depressed and now it works.

Great! Genesis needs games like this. Its hardware should be capable of running all those gold classics of early 80s. We do lack proper Centipede, Millipede, Scramble, Pac Man, Moon Patrol, Aeroboto, Xevious... As for the speech you could add a co processor to the cartridge couldn't you? And prevent nerds from reselling the ROM.

Too bad the author forces me to watch the intro over and over again, with no chance of skipping by hitting a button. Most Genesis games do not do this.

Nothing seems to be happening. Pressing B and all other buttons. Fusion emulator.
