Just found about about a SegaSonic Bros. port of a prototype arcade game by the same name. The game is Tetris clone but looks like you make rings, neat!

It's nothing like tetris (・ω・；)

You have to make closed shapes of a color (with at least one sphere of a different color inside). Note that walls also count towards the enclosing, so the easiest way ends up trying to make a horizontal(-ish) line across the wall (which will wipe all spheres under it).
