Saturn promotional inserts

I'm trying to figure out which Saturn games included such inserts as the "World of Games" foldout, $10 off coupon & Virtua Fighter 3 sweepstakes card. I'm pretty sure Sonic Jam included all three, and I'm quite sure these inserts were included only in the latest releases for the system. I'm trying to "super" complete my games by including all original materials, and I have several of these inserts lying around. I just want to know which games originally included them.

I know there's an extensive spreadsheet for Genesis box contents on segaage, but I can't find any such source for Saturn. Any info would be appreciated.

I guess Satakore.com may help you. Each game has a precise description of its content. The insert is described quite precisely, and a picture of the game with its insert is shown, if the owner has the insert though.
