Alone in the dark 4 Prima Guide: DC version?

I was hunting for a AITD:TNN game guide and came across Prima's guides on ebay.

But from what I can tell there is a version by Tristan Perdriau and Olivier Bertin which covers the Dreamcast version of the game.

Anyone knows if this version of the guide is any different from the one by David S.G. Hodgson?
