Please, try these new ones when/if you want (take your time): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0c...ew?usp=sharing Sorry for pestering you again, but at least for Sonic 3 I have some hope now.
Thanks a lot for testing them. About the results: - - It actually helps me to narrow the scope of the booting issue. Thanks a lot.
"Lightening force/Thunder Force IV: Just shows a black screen" Please, try these on your 68010 Genesis: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0c...ew?usp=sharing Try01 - Should go to a black screen after the stage selection but the music should keep playing. Try02 - May/May not work.
Thanks a lot! I'll add those steps to my usual approach, I think they can be very useful to a lot of things I want to do. About the visitor messages, I think the best way to reply to them is to post your reply on my own visitor messages panel, rather than using the reply feature that it offers. I use it most of the time because the PMs limit is rather low IMO and I'm getting to the point where all PMs I have stored are really really import or hold a personal value since they were from somebody who isn't among us anymore. But your reply, for an example, I'll conserve in my PM inbox for sure; for future reference.
Which tool are you using to get those asm code parts? Are you using a full blown disassembler like IDA Pro or are you getting those from an emulator or something? I've noticed that Chilly Willy, tryphon and you always have a way to quickly disassembly the parts of the ROM which contains the stuff you want to change; but this is something I've always struggled with. Maybe I'm missing something...
Hi! Any chance of you getting back on the 68010 track??? http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthr...l=1#post725188 I've also sent a PM to Melf requesting a thread rename in order to include "68010".
Sorry, but I had an overnight at work last night so I couldn't do it. But tonight, right now, I'll have a good time to test it. You'll have a PM after midnight.
Thanks for the rep.
Thanks for the rep! I'll try to keep giving feedback to you on that one.
