Ahhh, almost forgot that I wrote that. After reading some of it, I now remember that you can't make codes for Sega CD games, you have to hack you ISO file. How comfortable are you using a hex editor?
I checked, and both those codes modify the same address.
That's prob why I can't combine it :(
Is there a way to have the 2 codes active at the same time??
I wanted to make a ROM kinda like when you beat Super Mario Advance 4: SMB3
You could replay all the Levels, Houses & Fortresses
Coop, I can now tell you 3 different emulators that will not work for hacking RDF: Global Conflict on the Sega-CD... Kega Fusion, Gens Tracer and Gens Tracer 9.5b. Gens 9.5b is capable of hacking Sega CD games, but for some reason, I couldn't get it to work right with this game. If I remember correctly, a program called Cheat Engine might work. Will give it a try.
I like this game. It reminds me of an old Genesis game called M1 Abrams Battle Tank.
Thanks for keeping me updated, Tony. Hopefully, Cheat Engine will do the trick :)
Coop, good news... I've got a couple hacks for you to try. I'm using Hex Workshop, but you can probably use any hex editor. There's a free trial version of Hex Workshop (bpsoft.com), or plenty of really good freeware versions.
Just open up your ISO file with your hex editor, click on "Find" (or what ever lets you search for hex values), then type in the search numbers listed below. I've set these up so there will only be one match. Make the changes listed, save, exit.
I'll have the other hacks soon. Let me know if these work.
RDF: Global Conflict (Sega CD)
Infinite 1.20 ammo.
With your hex editor, search for 8E4E4504790001. Change the last 01 to 00.
Infinite 7.62 ammo.
With your hex editor, search for 003A04790001. Change the last 01 to 00.

Also, many thanks to Mezmorize for helping me figure this out.
I was wondering, could you possibly make a code for Ecco the Dolphin (Mega Drive) that makes Ecco ignore currents?
As soon as I'm done with my current project, I'll take a look at it. By "currents", I assume you mean water currents that push Ecco? Which level(s) have them?
Also, did you check out these codes for Ecco? http://codehut.gshi.org/GenMultiGGu.txt
Some of those codes make Ecco swim or accelerate faster so I'm guessing he could easily swim against the currents. Let me know if those will work.
Coop, finished your hacks. I only tested the no damage hack with the helicopter and 2 different enemy vehicles. Worked fine.
RDF: Global Conflict (Sega CD)
Infinite LSR ammo...
With your hex editor, search for 002E04790001. Change the last 01 to 00.
Infinite Smoke ammo...
With your hex editor, search for 006004790001. Change the last 01 to 00.
Take no damage...
With your hex editor, search for 0084DF79. Change the DF79 to 6004.
==============
I'm going to keep playing this game so I'm sure I'll make some more hacks for it.
A few more...
RDF: Global Conflict (Sega CD)
Start a new game with twice as much fuel. Note that picking up an extra fuel
can will cause your fuel level to drop back down to the "normal" full level,
so it's best not to pick up a fuel can until your fuel level gets below the
half way mark...
With your hex editor, search for 50B233FC2700. Change the 2700 to 4E00.
Fuel can pick-ups give you twice as much fuel...
With your hex editor, search for 4E7533FC2700. Change the 2700 to 4E00.
Infinite fuel...
With your hex editor, search for 4100029041. Change the 9041 to 4E71.
Sa-fuckin-weet!
Thanks for the codes, Tony. And for saving me the time of having to go through this whole thing normally again (once was enough). Someone kindly rep this man for me, because it says I have to spread some around before I can again.
