This is the first working code for Thunder Force IV (J) of ever.

EDIT: the game freeze when you When You Get 1-Ups ship bonus! So don't take the ship bonus when you see it or use also these codes:

Use these 2 codes together with the "Master Code" and the "infinite lives" codes to prevent the game from freezing when you beat bosses or get 1-ups.

I tested yours Mig 29 codes but the game freeze after the briefing. I tried with and whitout the master code but i had no luck.

A real request is a game genie cheat code for:
The Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants (E)

It's incredible, but nowadays there is no working code for the real game.

Also, there is no cheat code for the game.

The Mig 29 codes were made for the US/Genesis cartridge, so that may be why they didn't work for you.

I've got another new GG code for Thunder Force IV (J). I didn't get to test it very much, but it seemed to work fine. Let me know how it works for you. You'll need to use the master code, as well as those other 2 codes I made that keep the game from freezing when you get a 1-up or beat a boss.

As for the Simpson's GG codes, the GG codes that you linked to are the official GG codes that come in the Game Genie code book. The cart is a "UE" cart so it should work on a Genesis, or a PAL/European Mega Drive. The only thing I can see that may be a problem, is there are 2 versions of the game. I will check to see if the codes work on both versions and let you know the results.

Please let me know if the 2 new Thunder Force IV codes above work for you (I only tested them for one level).

As usual, Tony H delivers. I noticed that there are no Game Genie codes for Wiz N' Liz over on GSHI. Not sure what could be done with that game, but something needs to be. No game left behind! :)

Just tried: the 2 new Thunder Force IV codes work almost well, just when you start and lost the first life, it happens that you lost the current weapon, but then you became invincible so it isn't a great problem.


The question about the old simpson GG codes is that they are for the north american version for the game, so they don't work on my european version

As I mentioned before, they only use one cart for both US and European consoles (UE), so that's not the problem. I did some checking, and the problem appears to be that there are 2 versions: REV00 and a REV01, and for some reason, they only made codes for REV00. I'm willing to bet that you have REV01.

Here's an easy way to find out. If the code below works for you, then you have REV01.

Joe Redifer, do you need codes for Wiz N' Liz, or do you just want to make sure some GG codes get made for that game?

Mainly the latter for right now. I haven't really played much into that game yet. I was looking at it the other day for a sound test, but it didn't have one. Too bad Game Genie codes can't do things like shut off the sound effects (that I know of) so I can record the music. I am a "real console" kind of guy so I don't simply use the emulated music rips. ;)

In Toys, aka Toys: Let The Toy Wars Begin, I'd love to be able to start on the last stage (Level 4), which uses a different mode of gameplay (aerial obstacle course) from the preceding stages. It'd be fine if the game crashes at the end of the level, or is otherwise buggy. I just want to be able to practice the layout, since it's really annoying to spend 90 minutes on a game, only to have all your extra lives get blown out by cheapness right at the end, à la NES Back to the Future.

There are a certain number of those elephant cameras you have to destroy in each level -- I think it's six in Levels 1 & 3, and four in Level 2, but I could be wrong. If you press Start, a status screen shows you how many cameras there are, and how many active defenders they have. You have to defeat all the active defenders -- which are the more powerful enemies that specifically hover around the cameras -- before you can attack the camera itself (use the attack that automatically homes in). The last few active defenders are usually 2-3 tanks, which can't be harmed until all the other defenders are destroyed (they then roll out to attack you). Once you've defeated all the cameras in a level, you can take the exit, which I think has flashing lights along the path leading out.

It sounds mechanical, but actually it's kind of fun. Being able to deploy a bizarro array of weapons is entertaining for a while, and since they're relatively easy to refill, the only real hassle is dealing with the enemies defending each camera. The tanks are especially nasty -- you have to kill them before you see them, as there's no way to dodge their shots!

Ah, this is important: there is a nice full 3D action game named Steel Talons, but there isn't cheats or game genie codes. And the game became hard as the hell after lever 3-4.
I have the english version for megadrive but I think it's universal.

Tony H, understood and appreciated. What emulator are you using? If you're on a Mac (as I am), I might be able to send you savestates.

I use Gens (ver 2.10) on a PC. If you can make savestates that will work for me, I would need one right before you exit level 1, another right before you exit level 2, and another before you exit level 3. Maybe you can use a friends PC to make the savestates.

mimmo77, I've always loved the "3D" simulation games on the Genesis. My favorites are LHX Attack Chopper and M-1 Abrams Battle Tank. Even though they're dated, I still enjoy dusting them off and playing. Anyways, here are some new Game Genie codes...

no,no, it's a game problem, they give something like 75 sec. to escape at the end of each level and you need more to do that, and in the last levels is even worst

Lots of reading and asked lots of questions. In the end, assembly language was the most important thing to learn (at least for Game Genie codes).

There is a master code, but I'm not 100% sure you'll need it on real hardware (although most EA games do need a master code).

Just a thing: the codes AWKA-AA4W + AWKA-AA6J give protection only from rats and bats, but they don't give protection from onsters, rocks, falling things, enemy.

I find a great game in my collection, the european version of Syndicate (may be it'universal), which has no game genie codes.
Also there are no cheats, just a couple of password on the web.
The question is that the game looks complex. I don't know if a game genie code is possible

Got some new GG codes. There is only one version of the game so I'm pretty sure these will work on your cart. Some of the codes MIGHT also effect enemies (infinite ammo might also give enemies infinite ammo). But I'm not very familiar with this game, so I'm not sure. I tried making an "infinite energy/health" code, but it also made the enemies have infinite energy. An infinite energy code that doesn't effect enemies is possible (usually requires 2 or 3 codes), but it takes more time.

I also found some new passwords and included them.
