Because making a level select code requires going through several levels, I find it easier to make a few codes along the way to make the levels easier to complete. I'll post the new codes as I go along.

Note that the master code below may not be required on real hardware. You only need to use it if you use one of the Game Genie codes, and you get a blank/red screen. This master code also makes the game boot faster.

Please let me know if the master code is needed on real hardware or not.

Tony that's a PAR code and not a GG code. I don't have a PAR at all.

It requires 2 codes. One is for fuel lost when you crash, and the other is for normal driving.

Thanks, guy. In regards to level select, apparently The Cutting Room Floor have figured out how to have a level select of sorts pop up, but only through an emulated version of Socket-

It should work on real hardware. Use their code to re-enable the level select screen, along with my master code (if needed) and you should be good to go. You won't need to reset the game.

The only downside is that it uses the inverse button combination.

EDIT: As in jump is A or C, but I prefer jump to be B with the electro kick being A or C.

Hey Tony, is it possible to create a Game Genie code for Ranger-X that maps the secondary controls for the Ex-Up to controller 2?

Thanks. I think it is doable. All you have to do is make X on controller 1 operate as <- on the D-pad of controller 2, Z of controller 1 as -> on the D-pad of controller 2, and make A/B/C on controller 1 operate as A/B/C of controller 2. Would make for a few cool co-op missions.

Walk thru locked barriers. This code works on the locked barrier to the left
of the King's throne, as well as others.

Open treasure chests as many times as you want. Once you open the chest, walk
far enough away so that the chest would be off screen, then walk back and the
chest will reappear.


LCTT-AADN
When you use a medical herb, 80 HP will be restored instead of 30.


W4TT-AADN
When you use a medical herb, 150 HP will be restored instead of 30.

BGVA-AAFA
Can hold up to 9 medical herbs that you get from chests (instead of 4). May
work on other items as well.


BE2A-GAD8
Can hold up to 9 medical herbs that you buy from shops (instead of 4). Has only
been tested in the village of Marinade. Medical herbs are called "30 HP are
restored" in the shop.
