FWIW, there are a dozen highly rated games on the system I have not beaten (or even gotten to an advanced level of, or played at all), so this list might change if I ever snap up the dozen or so...

This is why the PS2 is the latest console I play. No updates, no installing crap, just turn on and play. Console gaming died for me when they all turned into gimped computers.

That was the point of this sub-conversation. Plenty of those guys then complain about not having any money, paying taxes, etc. In reality, plenty of them are just bad with money. Not all, of course....

New games suck. But for real, Steam has Proton now. I have excellent compatibility with most games in my Steam library. Those two in particular you'd be SOL with, though.
