Yep and that was deliberate as they had the assets/style from Hidden Palace which wasn't used in Sonic 2 so decided to reuse them here.

Now that I've got my Mini 2 I should give this a try! I haven't played the first though so I'll do that then come back and give this game a go. Didn't realise it wasn't released in Europe.

Last night I watched the first episode of Cyber City Oedo 808 which is a cyberpunk anime from 1990. If you enjoy cyberpunk than definitely check this out!
