Shadow Dancer did give me a refund around the end of July for most of my money, but was short $15 due to financial problems which he promised to pay later. He has not logged on since Sept to Sega-16...
update - never gave a full refund and disappeared (more details on my response to this thread)...probably doesn't mater since i doubt he'll be back to this sight anytime soon.
----original...
I did not fall for hype, but I wish I bought it when it $20 new, just for fun
I'll buy that DOOM!

Cool story, makes me want to check for retro/flea markets. How did you go about finding some places? yellow pages, Internet?
That was very smart, the 32x idea sadly should have never been...
I call it a tie, I don't believe if just looking at the numbers. I take in the overall life and impact and popularity of the product world wide.
that said, the 16 bit era was really really close.
actually have a bunch of cart only titles I wouldn't mind buying clamshell/cover/manuals for.
but for now, would you happen to have the Shinning force 2 manual?
thanks!
Weird, my Traysia doesn't have stickers blocking the gamebits.
probably a weak charge....but just to throw this out there, I had a Shining Force 2 cart that actually have one battery contact break...
Well, yes of course considering that Balbaroy proved that some cart games do push pass the limit. I meant that I did not know specifically what the Snatcher team did, since the Sega CD does add...
I actually remember an article where somebody involved with Snatcher said they managed to break the 64 color limit with some clever coding. Not sure if was a work around involving the Sega CD...
Missing some vote options there.
I have a special A/V cable that has has a addition headphone plug that plugs into the headphone jack and feeds the sound into the Right/left audio outs. Got it...
Totally agree, I never beat it without the cheat, but I think it's possible with practice
Awesome game tho.
throw me into the hat!
thanks, u rock!
Are your disk scratched or dirty?
it's possible it's trying hard to read the disk but they are damaged
does this happen for all of the games you own? Are your disk scratched or dirty?
Does it actually start to work eventually?
Hello,
I mentioned this in another part of the forum, but this is probably the proper place for it.
For my model 1 Genesis HDG non-TMSS...VA3 I think, it seems some sounds like gun fire...or...
nah, he uses the genesis and sega cd combined in the video so it's fair game!
It's the Voltron of video gaming!
actually I do have a hand crank version...they do work!
(Deep scratches might require extra work tho)
So with the 32X Sega's 16 bit power reaches god like potential?!
Yes, Elmer's glue is actually very good stuff.
And speaking in general...Super glue/Krazy glue is actually not very good as a glue...the only advantage is fast acting....but it's hard to work...
bottom line? I guess a bunch of people don't give a f***, esp many kids...and they will be the ones to sell their crap condition stuff first.
Now the stuff in great condition, my theory is that a...
yup, I remember those but never held one.
If I was to guess, I would say is follows the Atari design of the left hand controls the button.
well, it happens for both stereo and mono. I have a stereo cord that taps into the head phone jack to give stereo RCA connections...and I also tried the mono A/V
pretty sure it's just jacked up...
