Rise of the Dragon is my fav, closely followed by Dracula Unleased. I really liked Jurrasic Park on the Mega CD along with Gabriel Knight II on the PC

I always enjoyed Space Precinct was gutted when it was dropped
His games were brilliant. D2 is an overlooked classic, just playing the hunting part is brilliant on its own and Enemy Zero is just a wonderful Alien rip off with another awesome soundtrack
WARP...
Lotus 2 was so much better on the Amiga. I have to say Power Drive is an overlooked gem of a 16-bit racer and XJ 220 on the Mega CD is ace with a simply brilliant soundtrack

I can't be far off the end now. Played it for 3 hours straight last night. I haven't done that in a single player game for ages. Its far from perfect, but it captures the feeling of old games like...
Think you're being harsh. It more like every 2 years you see big improvements made to the game and 2019 and 2020 were some of the best F1 games ever made. Have you played Dirt V? On the next gen...
While the real-life sport is a little bit of a joke (it's still my fav sports mind) F1 2020 was the best F1 racing game made in years and the best since Geoff's GP4. Dirt V is the best Arcade racer...

Yes, spot on. I think that was the plan too until SEGA did some silly focus testing and people said they didn't like too many buttons. The DC pad at the very least should have had Twin sticks. When...
I was going to buy a DVD player in the USA when on holidays in Florida in May of 1998, if not for spending a fortune in Universal studios, I would have. DVD playback might have helped in Japan where...
No worries, it's an easy mistake to make, more so when it was called Ray Storm in the Arcades
The arcade game was using a PlayStation board to power its visuals
The game is incredible and the MD version as a secret weapon that's the best AI ever seen in a shooter. It's like the AI knows where you're going to fly too. It's incredible and only in the MD...
Most reviews I saw at the time, complained about the heavy use of fogging. Ok outdoors it was a very atmospheric effect, but indoor's?
Anway, some more
Quake II PS - Such impressive use of...
This on the DC was a masterpiece. I enjoyed it more than Mario 64 and the DC version looked utterly stunning, mindblowing really and the 60 fps was so smooth over the N64 version.
I have those interviews with Miyamoto-san taken from EDGE he later went on to say Star Fox 64 used between 70% to 80% and yet didn't that didn't impress me as much (even if it was doing more).
In...
A few more
Dardius Gaiden Sega Saturn - Must use every sprite effect ever invented and also makes wonderful use of the VDP2 for pulsating and transparent backgrounds
Shinrei Jusatsushi...
Colony Wars PS - Just made brilliant use of the PS lighting and transparent effects
Streets Of Rage II Mega Drive - Great use of the sound hardware and got to be the best use of the Mega Drive...
Having a DVD for the DC either meant SEGA lose loads on the Hardware or have the sell the DC at a massive price. I don't think SEGA could do either and by the time of the PS2 launch in the UK cheaper...
