never mind checked another fuse i had around. the fuse is blown indeed. 250 V E 1.6 needs the saturn. That's one the dead 1

It is a ntsc console btw. Tested the fuse with a multimeter and no sound (blown?) What kind of fuse does the saturn need?

I overclocked it to 10MHZ . Sonic 2 seems a bit faster but that can be just me. I'm looking for a test that can 100% confirm it is running faster.
