Yeah, but that still means there's a problem with the composite inputs.
It's fine, the OSSC seems like a much better choice for the long run.

Windows 7 is not secure to use right now. Even though some updates may happen, they are for various external components like Internet Explorer. Vulnerabilities aren't patched, and it's best not to...
Mad taxis are completely different from crazy taxis. Crazy taxi is reckless, delivering occupants to their locations by any means necessary. Mad taxi just attacks you.
Back then, especially with Trinitrons, the bigger the tube the shorter the lifespan. All of these probably went bad a long time ago.
Thanks to everyone's suggestions, I'm going to order an OSSC + Koryuu for consoles without RGB. Can't wait to see how nice it looks.
It seems like Retrotink has some issues with composite signals,...
According to this, CD32 has no copy protection.
Don't know anything about games on the system though.
Sorry if this is obvious, but if I wanted to use the OSSC with something like a 3DO, that doesn't have RGB out, I need this?
I wonder how much Trip had to do with the demise of 3DO. Seems like he "embellishes" the truth in almost every situation.
I still don't know why Panasonic ever agreed to manufacture for 3DO. They couldn't have made that much money off the deal.
Very good point. Nintendo was on life support all throughout the...
Thank you TA.
Do you know of any articles or interviews about the development of 3DO? I've only ever been able to find a short feature in Retro Gamer #122 that mostly focused on Trip Hawkins.
Trekkies, I sent...
I've also noticed that some of the videos in 3DO Myst are lower FPS than Saturn Myst.
I've been doing some research on Myst while finding information about FMV development for 3DO, and apparently...
I think that's the real reason, should've realized it earlier.
I guess SunSoft just dropped the ball.
Makes sense since Myst Saturn is a buggy mess.
I've been playing through Myst on the different ports, and the differences are quite significant and not really covered anywhere. Myst on PSX runs in high resolution with good FMV but was not done...

Very interesting. Video games aren't old enough to be appreciated for what they are yet except by people like us.
Brilliant! Any games for it?
Anyone remember the Sega Sound Team Band (later called B-Univ) from the '90s? They released arrangement albums of compositions for Sega games and were the first such developer house band. They also...
I've been on an arcade racing kick recently. I moved into a new place so I don't have access to original hardware for now, so I've been using emulators on my (work) gaming PC.

Do you travel every week? How have you been to so many arcades.
You should try getting RRV to recognize the DS2 properly, V is probably the best RR IMO, and it's unplayable with the dpad.
This thread inspired me to replay the first Ridge Racer on PS1. The port is excellent and it's a great game and showpiece for the PS1. Getting 1st on all four trials is more fun than almost any other...
