Alone in the Dark isn't clunky for it time at all, its quite an ambitious game, and there were very few things like it then.

Its just stuff Sega bought that they had no creative input in, 10 years from now they could well be owned by another company.

The Persona and Puyo Puyo franchises were not created by Sega.
