I hate to break it to you, but buying counterfeits isn't saving retro gaming.
I provided examples, not the de facto only ones that were infringing. Way to take things that only work on your side.
These guys are still MIA from GDG's website, and for good reason-

So you guys think this sham is your leader? Now I know why you guys have to defend him.
Those listings were removed after my calls were placed. You can believe whatever you want to believe....
I think not. He doesn't have a case against me since I have proof of him removing listings due to being guilty of selling counterfeit copies of copyrighted works. Too bad for him that I have kept a...
You forgot this little tidbit-

You have yet to explain why you have removed The Smurfs, Johnny Mnemonic, and Time Cop from your site as well as suddenly...
You mean, the visual evidence showing that Sony owns the copyrights, too?
Oh, and bojay got owned-

I called Sony Pictures (The Smurfs, Johnny Mnemonic), Warner Brothers (The Smurfs, Time Cop), and PlayStation (The Exterminators, Star Strike) Thursday through Friday. After I got transferred to the...
These changes were done on Monday, after I had contacted the intellectual property rights owners to them on Thursday-Friday.
In other words, they were removed because the website received a 'cease...
Then.
Now.
What kind of animal is a Guntz? Is it an armored dildo?

Pretty much just a remixed Sonic 2. It was okay, although the sprite-to-screen ratio made it difficult to avoid certain obstacles or land on platforms.
Of course he worked something out. He copy/pasted those .ISOs onto burning programs.
And does he own the copyrights to these games? No, he doesn't, so he is committing a federal crime by making copies and selling them on his website.
This is totally dissimilar to what Carl Forhan...
And on top of that, the CD-R copies of those games aren't compatible with all Sega CD units even though the wording on the boxes "For use only with SEGA CD Systems" alludes to as such.
The boxes specifically state that they aren't licensed or endorsed by Domark or Infogrames. They are simply pirates.
My reaction to that article:

What I recall reading from this very site is that he purchases beta copies of games for...
This is mostly true. I've only encountered a few Japanese video game things that weren't up to snuff, but overall they've been pretty good.
Yes, I do. Nobody should be selling bootlegs and get away with it. And nobody should be stupid enough to defend this practice.
Sorry OP, you got suckered into buying a typical flea market bootleg. None of that is officially licensed. What you did is help pay for that douche to add more to his collection.
Plus, people have managed to get Wii U units for as low as ~$70, only at select Sam's Clubs, though.
You are wrong. That's not how copyright/trademark laws work. What Good Deal Games "purchased" was a beta copy off of an ex-video game company worker (or some random person who happened to have a...
This is false. Right on the packaging it says-
"Not affiliated with or endorsed by Sega Enterprises, Domark, or Time Warner Interactive".
They are simply making money on CD-Rs off of...
