Yeah, I enjoyed watching that. Reminded me of the Spiderman review.
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

Yeah, it was an awesome video. Everything was done perfectly!

This is also the wrong forum for this thread. This should go in Off-Topic or maybe Insert Coin.

I'm glad he did those games. I personally can't stand them and don't understand how anyone could possibly beat them. The core gameplay is tolerable, but the difficulty sucks any fun right out of it. I don't mind a game being hard, but I don't like getting kicked in the balls over and over again. The whole series always seemed like a poor man's Castlevania to me. I'll take Revenge of Shinobi over NG anyday.

No, it's unbiased analysis. The only fanboyism is people who claim that Hyperstone Heist and Bloodlines are actually as good as their SNES counterparts.

I made it to 3-2 before I had to go do something else, then my NES got shut off. I need more time to try and beat it.
